Dr.Ahmed: Good morning, my dear brother, I pray that you are in good health and have had some rest after the exhausting day of communication yesterday. All the effort you put in is deeply appreciated. The doctors you contacted feel happy and proud to get to know you, and they truly believe that God has sent you as a savior for them in these dark and difficult times.

A doctor cannot work on a street stall selling vegetables. He cannot go to the death zones at the so-called American aid distribution points. He cannot work in public transportation.

In our society, the doctor is very restricted by a social perception that sees him only as a doctor. If he thinks of working in any other field, he would be harshly criticized and psychologically crushed. Therefore, when he is forced to work without proper pay and still has to provide for his family, the psychological pressure becomes overwhelming.

God has sent you because He knows the dire situation we have reached. Unfortunately, no one has paid attention to our problem, because the disasters and crises here are enormous and overwhelming. It is easy to ignore a segment of a thousand people when hundreds of thousands are suffering terribly.

But the doctor plays a pivotal and essential role. He also needs to work under good psychological conditions and not be exhausted by the constant worry of providing for his family. This pressure directly affects his ability to deliver the service he is meant to provide.
