Thanks to your gift, a young healthcare professional in Gaza is supported through Doctos in Need — a volunteer-driven initiative that helps (young) doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses, and medical students continue their work and studies under exceptionally difficult circumstances.
Doctors in Need provides them with financial support, professional recognition, visibility, safety, and emotional guidance. The dignity, needs, and voices of Palestinians are at the centre of this work. The physicians participating in the initiative are equal partners; together, we break away from the traditional donor–recipient dynamic.
The symbol of Doctors in Need is the tayara, the Palestinian kite that represents hope, dreams, freedom, and boundlessness. Just as a kite rises above walls, your support helps create new stories of resilience and life far beyond bombs and blockades.
